First aid and CPR training at a site are essential for workplaces or organizations where employees or members may encounter emergency situations. The training typically involves learning the basics of life-saving techniques and how to respond to emergencies such as heart attacks, choking and bleeding.

The training is conducted by our certified trainers who use different methods such as practical demonstrations, videos and hands-on practice to teach individuals how to perform first aid and CPR techniques. The training is customized to the specific needs of the site, considering factors such as the nature of work and the number of people involved.
